About me

Hi, I'm Christine and I'm the owner of the Chocolate Truffle Co. making a range of handmade chocolate bars and truffles using quality ingredients. My chocolate is sourced from a number of countries including Venezuela, Peru, The Dominican Republic and Costa Rica. I have been working with the Rainforest Alliance for a number of years and currently provide ethically sourced chocolate from a certified Rainforest Alliance farm in Costa Rica.

I sell my chocolate creations via local farmers markets and food fairs in Essex. My website goes live again in February 2011 following a little refurbishment and upgrade.
