About me

I am a mom of two lovely boys. After spending several years working after my second boy I decided that I would like to venture out making my favourite past time, traditional soaps and beauty products a more regular thing. Having very sensitive skin, I have only been able to use natural products or the ultra gentle kind on my skin. As I started venturing into soap making nine years ago (although I made my own face masks etc even before my teen years using herbs and plants from our garden in Sri Lanka like raw saffron, sandalwood, aloe vera gel, neem straight from the trees), I discovered that the commercial soaps are largely based upon the use of chemicals which irritate people with either sensitive or dry skin or those with common skin conditions, such as eczema or psoriasis. I have very positive feed back from people with dry skin & people diagnosed with psoriasis stating their they found fast and effective relief upon using my products within days of use. Being inspired by the desire to make natural products and being result oriented I am very pleased with my natural range of soaps, creams, body butters and the feedback I get is very positive and rewarding and the best part of what I do is the knowledge that I have been able to help people with terribly dry itchy skin conditions and this encourages me to keep making more of these gorgeous soaps & skincare products...
