Organic Whole Wheat Sourdough Loaf

Very simple bread, made with locally grown whole wheat flour, water, yeast and salt. Traditionally, sourdough bread is made with sourdough starter and no additional yeast. We use both starter and yeast. In this way we are able to produce a sourdough loaf that is lighter than traditional loaves, yet have the nutritional goodness and flavor of traditional sourdough starter.
