8 Amethyst tumblestone crystals in handy organza drawstring bag.

Contains 8 small Amethyst tumblestones (2-3cm) with a leaflet.

Place intuitively or as a grid as described in the leaflet.

Tip

Keep a note on your calendar or diary of when you installed the grid and note how well you (or your partner) sleep before and afterwards.

Can also be used to calm the mind aiding meditation.

The colour appearance of amethyst varies from deep opaque violet to light translucent lilac but in practice in the sleep grid it makes no difference to the therapeutic value.

The supplier of the crystals has an Ethical Trading statement and personally visit their suppliers. The crystals are hand-mined for the gemstone industry, providing much needed employment in rural areas.
